Week 6 Landscaping Pictures

I was trying to frame the pond with the trees that surrounded it.  The colors would have been much prettier last week with the color of the leaves.
This picture I was trying to show varieties of lines in this distant picture.  The colors of the what was left on the trees was kind of muted by the gloomy day.
I tried to show a frame around the farm with the trees below and the line of the field below it.  I think that Burke Mountain and Kirby Mountain help frame it in as well.
I wanted to show the elegant lines of the wind towers.  This photo doesn't even begin to show how gigantic these things really are.  I liked the line of the mountain under the towers as well.
I was looking at the line that the farm on the horizon was creating.  It has a gradual slope to the right.  I also tried to put the farm in the lower right third of the picture.

I like the different lines that this photo has, it has to be one of my favorites.  I love the color of the maple trees against the green grass and the brown fence.

  1. Beautiful landscapes. What an excellent choice in colors. I really liked the first one, and wonder how if the pond was set just a little lower would change the overall feel of the composition. Such bright reds of the trees...very vivid!
